• Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier, and optionally your name and email address if you choose to share them. You may also use a private relay email address.
• Music activity. Information about the music you view, like, save, or interact with inside Repop, and the music library you choose to connect.
• Profile information. Your nickname, avatar, bio, vibe, and location if you choose to provide them.
• Device and usage data. Device type, operating system, app version, language, general region, and in-app events used to keep the app working and improve the experience.
• Diagnostics. Crash logs and performance data used to fix bugs and improve stability.

02 How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Repop app and its features.
• Personalize music recommendations, vibes, and discovery feeds.
• Sync and display your connected music library and activity.
• Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
• Monitor usage, detect abuse, and improve performance and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

03 Apple Music & MusicKit

Repop integrates with Apple Music through MusicKit. When you connect your Apple Music account, you authorize Repop to access certain music data, such as your library, playlists, and recently played content, depending on the permissions you grant.

• Apple Music access is granted only with your explicit permission.
• You can revoke access at any time in your device settings or within the app.
• Music data obtained through MusicKit is used solely to provide music features inside Repop.
• We do not access, download, or redistribute audio files from Apple Music.
• Your use of Apple Music is also governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

04 How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors that help us host, analyze, and operate the app, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
• With your consent. When you ask us to share information or connect a third-party service.

05 Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

06 Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing.
• Disconnect Apple Music or other connected services at any time.
• Request a copy of your data or object to certain processing.
• Delete your Repop account and associated data.

07 Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08 Children's Privacy

Repop is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

09 International Users

Repop may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using Repop, you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other appropriate means and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Repop after changes means you accept the updated policy.
